Copyright and manufacturer designation

The following names are registered trademarks in germany and some other european countries: directCONVERT, directMON, directLABEL and serial trademark "direct...". All products are made by HP Eurosoft Gbr, Beisenbrauck 6, 57830 Fröndenber, Gemany under the legal issues of the german law, 2005.

This product is protected by respective license provisions of your purchase contract with HP Eurosoft and may not be copied. You will therefore be asked to enter your keycode during installation. Please read the license regulations carefully. With the continuation and installation of the product you declare yourselve in agreement with these regulations.

All mentioned trademarks are property of their respective owners.

License provisions

With purchase of a software license you will receive a license for internal use of software and documentation. This license is none-exclusive and not transferable. You have no rights to distribute the software, change parts of the software or distribute parts of it. You have the right to sell the product to a third party as long as you delete all copies of the software for irrevocable use.

Terms of use

This software is confidential and copyrighted. Ownership of software and all respective trademarks / property rights remains at HP Eurosoft and / or their licensers. You may copy the software for internal use (data backup). You must not modify, de-compile, re-assemble or decode the software. You agree that the software is not designed or licensed for the following purposes: Online piloting of airplanes, air traffic, air navigation, air radio communication or design, construction-, operation or maintenance of nuclear energy installations. HP EuroSoft and/or their licensers are not liable, neither direct nor indirect, for usage in mentioned applications.

Warranty

HP Eurosoft guarantees for a period of 90 days starting with purchase date on your receipt that the data carrier of the software is free of material- or manufacture errors within regular use. Within this period exchange of data carrier is guaranteed to the licensee free of charge.

Limited warranty

According to valid law all direct or indirect compensation requests caused by usage and/or operation of this product will be excluded. The licenser is responsible and liable for safe use and legal operation of this product. In no case liability of HP Eurosoft will exceed amount payed for software by licensee.

Duration

This license is valid until its expiration. You may terminate the license any time by deleting the software, each copy as well as any written license codes (keycodes). This license terminates immediately without cancellation by HP Eurosoft if one of the license agreements is not be complied with. With termination all software as well as copies of license key have to be extinguished.

Propagation

You are not permitted, on continues use of this product, to give access of license keys (keycodes) to third parties. The licensee commits with all adequate technical means to disallow access to license keys for third parties.

Export regulations

Software and all technical data supplied within the scope of this license are subject of export regulation of the Federal Republic of Germany. Parts of software may be subject of im- or export regulations or special license agreements in other countries. Sale or use of this product by licensee outside german jurisdiction obliges him to comply with prevailing regulations. The licensee agrees to be responsible for obtaining eventual required approvals for ex- or re-export or import of software after receiving this product.

Legal rejoinder

This license is legal subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Salvatoric clause

Ineffectiveness of single determinations of license agreement do not touch the effectiveness of other determinations unless the parties did not agree without the ineffective clause. In this case license will be immediately terminated.
